I strongly believe that the concept of a "Company" by which I mean the legal entity such as LLC, AG, GmbH and so on might not be the concept that works best for the future. Why should somebody who's not actively participating in the work to build the next big thing, take the biggest profits away from everyone? This is just the beginning of a thought, which I might take up later on.
